In 2010, Erin Devlin founded Infront Sports, drawing inspiration from her own athletic journey and identifying a market gap for an athlete and coach career transition consulting agency. Through strategic partnerships with prominent sporting associations such as the Australian Cricketers’ Association, Cricket Australia, the AFL Coaches Association, and the Professional Footballers Australia, Erin has witnessed numerous accomplished athletes and coaches embark on successful and fulfilling careers beyond sports.

Infront Sports has provided valuable services to over 500 professional athletes and coaches across Australia, offering support in areas such as career planning, CV preparation, job interview skills, presentation development, and work placements.

In 2015, Devlin Alliance joined forces with Infront Sports, and together they merged with people2people Recruitment, marking the launch of the company's inaugural Melbourne branch. Recognized as an award-winning recruitment agency and HR provider, people2people operates across Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

In March 2024, Infront Sports expanded its services by introducing a recruitment arm, strengthened by the support of people2people. This strategic move ensures that our sporting clients benefit from access to a diverse and highly qualified talent pool, facilitating successful and strategic hiring decisions.
