‘The whole placement was excellent and the site visits were the most enjoyable, to see the inner workings of each different media department and being able to interact and ask questions of the journalists, to get a good picture of what is required in this industry. I would recommend Beyond the Boundary to other players as the program provides an opportunity to get insights into a given industry to help make decisions on careers. It will help me to decide if study will be necessary before approaching companies within the industry.’
