Catherine has close to two decades of experience in the Sydney recruitment market. Joining the sector in the early 2000’s, Catherine has held a range of leadership positions with the people2people group, and is now the Managing Director of people2people NSW, leading the groups largest team of specialist recruiters and HR professionals across the state. Catherine regularly provides labour market commentary in the media and brings broad experience across many changing economic cycles. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and the RCSA.

Stefanie is a speaker, writer, and family lawyer previously at Watts McCray Lawyers. However, deep down, her true passion lies in advocating for a safer and more inclusive future of work.

Stefanie has delivered keynotes on workplace bullying, psychological safety at work and mental health at the Legal Up (Infotrack International Conference), 10 Managing Partners Forum - Boutique Firms, National Press Club of Australia, the University of Technology, Sydney, Baker McKenzie and Canva.
