Join us as we delve into this interesting conversation with culture strategist Karlie Webster, who will deliver a masterclass for HR leaders in Sydney on psychological safety. Understand the neuroscience of leadership and how it impacts psychological safety, learn how to recognise where a team is safe (and when it may not be), and know what strategies you should be focusing on to sustain psychological safety into the future.

Sarah is Managing Partner at Hunt & Hunt Lawyers and heads the Commercial practice. Sarah collaborates closely with clients from both the public and private sectors, and across various industries from not for profits to small business and publicly listed companies. Sarah's legal practice encompasses the full spectrum of the employment journey, from recruitment and engagement to post-termination matters and more. She possesses a specialised skill set in handling employment and industrial-related disputes and litigation in the Fair Work Commission, Courts and Tribunals, including cases involving discrimination, sexual harassment, grievance management, and workplace investigations.

Catherine has close to two decades of experience in the Sydney recruitment market. Joining the sector in the early 2000’s, Catherine has held a range of leadership positions with the people2people group, and is now the Managing Director of people2people NSW, leading the groups largest team of specialist recruiters and HR professionals across the state. Catherine regularly provides labour market commentary in the media and brings broad experience across many changing economic cycles. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and the RCSA.

Karlie is a Strategist, Executive Coach, Facilitator and Trusted Advisor with over 20 years experience specialising in culture, leadership, talent and transformation. Karlie's expertise spans industries including mining, banking & finance, government, logistics and professional services, where she has partnered with boards, CEO's, executives and leadership teams, to deliver meaningful change that creates competitive advantage and sustained results.

Karlie holds a Degree in Business (HR), an Advanced Diploma in the Neuroscience of Leadership and an IECL coaching credential. In her coaching practice Karlie uses a range of self-evaluation and 360 degree feedback tools. Karlie loves working with leaders and teams at every level, to design and align cultural and leadership programs that engage people through trust, authenticity and inspiring leadership.
