Sarah's legal practice encompasses the full spectrum of the employment journey, from recruitment and engagement to post-termination matters and more. She possesses a specialised skill set in handling employment and industrial-related disputes and litigation in the Fair Work Commission, Courts and Tribunals, including cases involving discrimination, sexual harassment, grievance management, and workplace investigations.

Catherine regularly provides labour market commentary in the media and brings broad experience across many changing economic cycles. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and the RCSA.
