The program encompasses the hands-on application of theoretical learning in a work environment of an athletes or coaches choice . Work experience is a valuable component of a  professional sports persons development and plays a crucial role in shaping one's career transition . • Provide valuable on-the-job experience for athletes outside the sporting arena.
